This very brave lady was one of the 100 most admired women in Finland according to the readers of the biggest newspaper in Finland, the Helsinki Sanomat, today. Tuesday is the 100th anniversary of International Women’s Day, and the pictures of 100 women were published in the print version of the paper. Marja-Sisko is a transgender priest in the Lutheran Evangelical Church, and is admired for her positive influence on the tolerance and broad-mindedness of the Finnish people.
